Flames coach in no rush to evaluate disappointing season #flames
Under Sutter, the Flames are ranked fourth in the entire NHL in team defence with a goals-against average of 2.44. That’s a marked improvement over last year when they languished in 23rd place.
But the Flames are an abysmal 29th in goals for with an average of just 2.46 goals per night.
Any day of the week, I'd take the 5 or 6 years before, when defense wasn't as good, offense was much better, and the team was playoff bound.
