And while I certainly will agree that human error plays a significant role in the BP well explosion and subsequent leaking, I would have to arrive at an illogical conclusion to provide Risch with any relief. Humans do not make oil any more than humans do not make ash clouds. Put another way, leaking oil does not bother the Earth at all. But to us, of course, it is a terrible inconvenience, danger and threat to many.
