Postponements on the Alpine schedule have been common following the mix of warm temperatures, snow, rain and fog that wreaked havoc with the Alpine schedule last week.
The women's downhill training that also was set for Tuesday has been canceled.
This is big news for Vonn, who put in a great time in her training run but felt the consequences afterward.
